almond smoothie with fresh figs   //vegan   


for one big or two small glasses


2 large or 4 small fresh figs

200 ml cold almond milk

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 banana

1 teaspoon or more maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)


+ blender or immersion blender


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more maple syrup to sweeten if desired. Fill in glasses and serve immediately.
